Young And Diverse Professionals Supporting The Intelligence Community's (IC) Missions.

A program designed to diversify and green the workforce supporting mission critical business within the Intelligence Community (IC), the ARC is open to second-semester juniors, college seniors and recent grads. We aim to identify, groom, and build relationships with young professionals interested in careers supporting the Intelligence Community (IC). We do so by offering mentorships, scholarships, internships, and part- or full-time employment to those who qualify.

Our program includes workshops emphasizing communication and technical development using the ICs preferred tools and technologies. With an eye toward empowering talented men, women and minorities who wish to pursue STEM-related careers and who support the ICs missions, we offer useful tools and techniques to help you overcome adversity and champion change.

Candidates must be eligible receive a security clearance and will undergo an application and interview process to enter the ARC program. Additionally, you may be required to meet certain criteria regarding grade-point average, technical skills, leadership experience and recommendations. For more information please contact us at
