Robert McCauley

Founder & CEO

Robert McCauley is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in information technology.

A proud graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems and Computer Science, he brings a strong technical foundation and extensive leadership experience to his work. His expertise includes full-stack development, cloud technologies, and DevOps, and he is widely recognized for successfully managing complex projects while driving innovation and achieving strategic goals.

In 2014, Mr. McCauley founded Ardent Principles with the vision of creating a workplace where every employee feels empowered and valued. His leadership focuses on fostering professional excellence, collaboration, and personal growth. Under his guidance, the company continues to deliver impactful solutions to clients while cultivating a culture of innovation and teamwork. Throughout his career, Mr. McCauley has earned recognition for his unwavering commitment to client success, process improvement, and aligning technology with organizational objectives.

Lisa McCauley

Co-founder & COO

Lisa McCauley is an accomplished operations leader with extensive expertise in project management, planning, and organizational strategy.

A graduate of the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mrs. McCauley brings a results-driven approach to her work, specializing in Project Management Office (PMO) planning and scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), change control, and risk and issue management. Her experience also includes critical path analysis, status impact reporting, configuration management, and Power BI dashboard reporting.

Mrs. McCauley’s leadership is characterized by her ability to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Her background in financial management and reporting further underscores her commitment to operational excellence and strategic alignment.

As Co-Founder and COO, Mrs. McCauley plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional value to clients.
